Designed for frames with an 86.5mm shell width and 41mm inside diameter, it uses a press-fit design that eliminates threaded interfaces, simplifying both frame construction and installation. The GXP-specific stepped spindle interface — 24mm on the drive side, 22mm on the non-drive side — precisely locates the crank laterally without the need for spacers or preload adjusters. Note: this bottom bracket is not compatible with SRAM DUB, BB30, PF30, or BB90 systems.

Composite nylon cups keep weight low and press cleanly into aluminum or carbon BB86 shells without damaging the frame. Sealed steel cartridge bearings and SRAM's Gutterseal bearing shields work together to reduce contamination from water and grit. Sold as a complete set including two bearing cups and a center tube, installation requires a headset-quality bearing press — hammering is not recommended.

Fits BB86 press-fit road frames: 86.5mm shell width, 41mm inside diameter

Compatible with SRAM and Truvativ GXP cranksets only (24/22mm stepped spindle)

Not compatible with SRAM DUB, BB30, PF30, or BB90 systems

Lightweight composite (nylon) cups protect the frame shell during installation

Sealed steel cartridge bearings for reliable, low-maintenance performance

Gutterseal bearing shields block water and grit from the bearing races

Complete set: two bearing cups and center tube included
