DESCRIPTION
The Muc-Off Tubeless Rim Tape is made from our own proprietary performance material with a pressure-sensitive adhesive to provide just the right amount of stretch whilst maintaining the durability and strength needed to create a lasting airtight seal. It's semi-transparent material makes locating the valve hole easy. Supplied with 4x Seal Patches. Available in a 10m roll in 6 widths to suit most Road, CX, Gravel, MTB and Plus-sized rims.

WHAT SIZE RIM TAPE DO I NEED?
The Tubeless Rim Tape that you go for should be matched up with the size of your wheel's internal rim width. You should be able to find this measurement on the inside of your rim, or alternatively check your bike's manufacturer's guide online. Failing that, it's time to dig out a trusty ruler and measure it yourself!

If your rim width doesn't match up exactly with our sizes below, just go for the next size up.

HOW TO
First up, clean your rim using our Glue & Selant remover to get rid of any unwanted residue that might be left behind from a previous setup
Select the correct sized rim tape to match up with the width of your wheel's rim (check out our guide above)
Locate the valve hole
Peel back some of your Rim Tape and begin to apply and press down on the opposite side to your valve hole
With your thumb holding down the tape, lightly peel the tape back and continue to press down to ensure you've got a firm bond with the rim itself
Rotate the wheel around as you continue to apply the tape
Once you've gone all the way around the rim, continue on to create an overlap of around 10 - 15cms
Cut the tape at a 45 degree angle and press the edge down
Check for any air bubbles and gaps, ensuring to press down firmly if you do spot any
Apply the finishing patch over the edge of the tape to ensure a firm seal
Push the valve through the rim hole and secure with the 'O' ring and locking ring
Refit the tyre and inflate - you're now ready to add your sealant!

The Muc-Off Inflator kits help riders quickly inflate their tyres and get back to riding in no time! Coming in 25g cartridge size for MTB and 16g for road inflating tyres up to 30psi and 100psi from flat respectively. Each kit contains 2x cartridges, 1x compact and durable CNC-machined inflator head with soft-touch press down button which easily controls CO2 release. Dual head nozzle compatible with Presta and Schrader valves and 1x neoprene sleeve to help avoid freeze burn. Cartridges are also available separately.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Firstly, remove the valve cap, locking ring and o-ring from the valve stem.
Then choose the correct rubber base for your rim type. Rims with a curved rim section will use the circular rubber base. Rims with a square rim section will use the square rubber base. Slot this on down to the bottom of the valve stem. (If you find your rim has a larger valve hole and the smaller circular fitment is too loose, use the larger circular fitment to plug the hole)
Now push the valve stem into the hole in the rim and push it right the way though. Then place the rubber 0-ring onto the valve stem and slide it all the way down until it meets the rim.
Screw the locking ring onto the valve stem and tighten down above the o-ring. This sandwiches between the locking ring and the rim. Push firmly down on the valve base inside the rim as you tighten the locking ring. Keep pushing until the locking rick is hand tight and the rubber o-ring squashes out. This way you know you've created a good air tight seal.
TIP - don't over tighten as this can cause leaking. Finish by screwing on your preferred valve cap.
Use the valve core removal tool (integrated into spare alloy cap) to remove the core and fill with no puncture hassle tubeless sealant and inflate! Job Done.

WHAT SIZE RIM TAPE DO I NEED?
The Tubeless Rim Tape that you go for should be matched up with the size of your wheel's internal rim width. You should be able to find this measurement on the inside of your rim, or alternatively check your bike's manufacturer's guide online. Failing that, it's time to dig out a trusty ruler and measure it yourself!

HOW TO
First up, clean your rim using our Glue & Sealant remover to get rid of any unwanted residue that might be left behind from a previous setup
Select the correct sized rim tape to match up with the width of your wheel's rim (check out our guide above)
Locate the valve hole
Peel back some of your Rim Tape and begin to apply and press down on the opposite side to your valve hole
With your thumb holding down the tape, lightly peel the tape back and continue to press down to ensure you've got a firm bond with the rim itself
Rotate the wheel around as you continue to apply the tape
Once you've gone all the way around the rim, continue on to create an overlap of around 10 - 15cms
Cut the tape at a 45 degree angle and press the edge down
Check for any air bubbles and gaps, ensuring to press down firmly if you do spot any
Apply the finishing patch over the edge of the tape to ensure a firm seal
Push the valve through the rim hole and secure with the 'O' ring and locking ring
Refit the tire and inflate - you're now ready to add your sealant!

Firstly, remove the valve cap, locking ring and o-ring from the valve stem.
Then choose the correct rubber base for your rim type. Rims with a curved rim section will use the circular rubber base. Rims with a square rim section will use the square rubber base. Slot this on down to the bottom of the valve stem. (If you find your rim has a larger valve hole and the smaller circular fitment is too loose, use the larger circular fitment to plug the hole)
Now push the valve stem into the hole in the rim and push it right the way though. Then place the rubber 0-ring onto the valve stem and slide it all the way down until it meets the rim.
Screw the locking ring onto the valve stem and tighten down above the o-ring. This sandwiches between the locking ring and the rim. Push firmly down on the valve base inside the rim as you tighten the locking ring. Keep pushing until the locking rick is hand tight and the rubber o-ring squashes out. This way you know you've created a good air tight seal.
TIP - don't over tighten as this can cause leaking. Finish by screwing on your preferred valve cap.

HOW TO
Muc-Off Tubeless valves will work with most tubeless rims. If you are unsure, please refer to your rim manufacturer's instructions to check which tubeless valves will work for your rims.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Firstly, remove the valve cap, locking ring and o-ring from the valve stem.
Then choose the correct rubber base for your rim type. Rims with a curved rim section will use the circular rubber base. Rims with a square rim section will use the square rubber base. Slot this on down to the bottom of the valve stem. (If you find your rim has a larger valve hole and the smaller circular fitment is too loose, use the larger circular fitment to plug the hole)
Now push the valve stem into the hole in the rim and push it right the way though. Then place the rubber 0-ring onto the valve stem and slide it all the way down until it meets the rim.
Screw the locking ring onto the valve stem and tighten down above the o-ring. This sandwiches between the locking ring and the rim. Push firmly down on the valve base inside the rim as you tighten the locking ring. Keep pushing until the locking rick is hand tight and the rubber o-ring squashes out. This way you know you've created a good air tight seal.
