No Boundaries Sport Return & Refund Policy

At No Boundaries Sport, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund policy below to understand your eligibility for a refund or exchange:

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Timely Return: All products must be shipped back to our store within 30 days of receiving them to be eligible for a full refund.

Condition of Products: Products must be in brand new, unworn condition.

Packaging: The original manufacturer’s packaging and all contents must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Tags and Labels: All tags, labels, and stickers must remain attached to the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Contact us at esales@noboundariessport.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Restocking Fee (Electronics)
For electronic items, products must be unopened to qualify for a full refund. If opened, a 20% restocking fee will apply upon return.

Important Notes
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that do not meet the above criteria. If a returned item shows signs of wear or damage, or is missing original packaging, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs:

We do not refund return shipping costs. If the item returned is found not to be defective or sent in error by us, you will be responsible for the postage charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to a change of size/color, further postage and package charges will be made.

Process:

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within (5) business days.
