Thule 982XT Frame Adapter for Non-Standard Bike Frames
The Thule 982XT Frame Adapter is designed to make hanging-style hitch and strap mount bike racks compatible with a wider range of bicycles. It bridges the gap between the rack's bike arm and frames that don't follow a standard horizontal top tube design, allowing secure and stable transport.
This adapter is ideal for women's step-through frames, BMX bikes, and other non-standard frame geometries that would otherwise be difficult or unsafe to carry on traditional bike racks.
- Compatible with hanging-style hitch mount and strap mount bike racks
- Accommodates women's bike frames, BMX frames, and other non-standard designs
- Provides a secure connection point between the rack and the bike frame
- Simple installation with no permanent modifications required
- Made by Thule, a trusted name in bike transport and outdoor gear
